Welcome to the Transport Kris system — a modern solution for ordering and managing medical transport services. Below you will find a short guide explaining how our system works and what you will receive after registration.

  1. After registration you will receive two emails — the first confirms your registration, and the second contains your unique customer number. Please keep it safe, as it is required for placing orders and accessing your documents.
  2. After logging in, complete your profile in the “Customer Account” section. Your information will then be automatically filled in future order forms.
  3. Next, go to the “Order” form and complete the required steps. Invoice data will be filled automatically — you only need to enter the previously agreed net amount.
  4. Once the form is submitted, the system automatically generates an order confirmation, a PDF invoice, and an active PDF order document.
  5. The PDF document includes all shipment details: weight, quantity, type, price, currency, temperature range, as well as a barcode and QR code. The document is ready to be signed by the sender, courier, and recipient.
  6. For your convenience, online payment is also available. Once payment is received, the invoice status automatically changes to “paid”.
  7. You can log in to your customer panel at any time to download your orders and PDF invoices — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
