Welcome to the Transport Kris system – a professional solution for managing and placing medical transport orders. Below you will find a short step-by-step guide explaining how our system works and what you receive after registration.

  1. After registration, you will receive two emails – the first confirming your registration and the second containing your unique client number. Please keep it safe – it is required for placing orders and accessing your client database.
  2. Once you receive your client number, log in and complete your profile under “Client Account”. This allows your data to be automatically filled in future order forms.
  3. Then proceed to the “Order” form and follow the steps. In Step 4, the invoice data is automatically generated. Simply enter the amount agreed upon by phone and confirmed via email.
  4. Select the applicable tax rate for your country. The amount entered refers to the net value. Once submitted, you will automatically receive a confirmation of your order and a PDF invoice.
  5. The system also generates an active PDF order document – ready for printing or handover to the courier. It includes all shipment details: weight, quantity, type, price, currency, temperature range, and unique identifiers in the form of a barcode and QR code. The document can be signed by the sender, courier, and receiver – serving as a full transport waybill.
  6. For your convenience, online payment is also available – simply enter your order number. Once payment is received, the invoice status automatically updates to “paid”.
  7. Your client number provides access to the client database, where you can download your invoices and orders anytime – even if your email or account is lost. All data is protected in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Transport Kris uses full SSL encryption (Sectigo™️ DV R36) – a commercial paid certificate valid until October 2026. All connections and forms are protected against data interception.
The system uses user authorization and secure data storage in a certified data center in Austria (EU), compliant with GDPR and ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
